La Rocca comes to life through the fusion of the lake’s beauty and the expertise of Neapolitan tradition. The dishes reflect this fusion, blending Mediterranean influences with local ingredients. But it is in the pizza, above all, that the restaurant’s true spirit comes to the fore: a dough crafted according to the secrets of the Neapolitan tradition, a result of time, balance and experience.
